Vintage John Deere Rotary Hoe Wheel Farm Implement USA. These are the wheel off of a rotary hoe that farmers use when the ground gets too crusted for the new seedlings to emerge. They drive through the field at a fairly high rate of speed and the hoe breaks up the crusted ground so the new plant can emerge. The wheels have some green paint left on them and that varies from wheel to wheel. They could be displayed just the way they are or could be cleaned and painted.
