ND Tractor #MP110113C JD 425 48" & 54” Mower Deck replacement Wheel Bearings and Seal Kit Its time to dig out the mower deck for spring, rebuild the wheels and save some money.  We own two JD 425 Lawn and Garden Tractors with 54” decks.  We mow, pull trailers and other items with both our 1993 and 1995.  Our country home is on 8 acres and we mow about 4 Acres when needed.   These are quite, smooth riding tractors with many nice features which make mowing and other yard jobs a pleasant experience.  I found the mower deck wheel bearings, bushings, and wheel seals do wear out with time but the wheels remain usable.  I have been rebuilding the deck wheels for our own use for some time.                                                                      This caused me to develop a wheel kit which can extend the useful life of the wheels and also reduce the cost of mowing expense.  Our kit part number MP110113C includes eight nylon wheel bearings and four wheel seals which are the (Quattro or X double seal).   This seal creates a more stable seal and twice the sealing surface of a normal seal.  The Wheels shown are for reference only and are not included with the kit.  The first wheel is a newer wheel which has been rebuilt with our bearing and seal kit.  The second wheel is an older wheel which has also been rebuilt with our bearing and seal kit.  You can rebuild four deck wheels with this kit.  Installation instructions are included with the kit.  A small tube of contact cement such as Seal-All will be required for seal installation. Note:  This kit is designed for the quality Yellow JD wheels with bearings.  Many other mower decks do use this wheel so it could work for you.  It’s the buyer’s responsibility to research the mower size and wheel number before ordering this item.  Be careful when you order our kits as the cheap black plastic wheels do not have the white bearings Please review all pictures as they are part of our description.
