The warranty will cover the replacement of the defective part and does NOT include labor or incidental expenses. All defective parts will require a Return Authorization. Used parts are usually warranted for a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase - note part description if the warranty offered differs. Returns Returns require prior authorization. ALL returns must be in original packaging and in re-sellable, unused condition. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is fully inspected, usually within 5 business days.  ALL returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice/packing slip and Return Authorization information.Failure to match cast/marked numbers, measurements, specific descriptions etc. will result in a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from a refund unless the part is defective or if the part has been grossly misrepresented in the listing. For parts in excess of 100 lbs and/or parts subject to damage by UPS/FedEx/USPS, we will list as being required to be shipped by truck freight (or you may pickup from our location). ALL Freight Truck shipments will require a Commercial Delivery Address before shipping.  We pass on our special freight discounts to our customers. Shipping charges are NOT refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, insurance and tracking of the returned part(s). Parts may be drop-shipped by UPS/FedEx from our supplier/ manufacturer and are subject to availability. Buyer is responsible for notifying us immediately of any damage or loss with the receipt of the part(s).  Please ensure all packaging etc is retained with the shipment in the event the item needs to be inspected by the shipping carrier.  We will combine shipping on multiple orders.
