Antique Edison Type CD John Deere 2 cylinder magneto 35* LH tractor

See pictures! Nice prospect for a core or rebuild! Turns over smoothly and will give off a little blue spark by spinning it with a electric drill! I believe there is a issue with the “oscillator” part of it as it just “free” wheels/spins. Not exactly sure how it all works but I know enough I believe there is a issue with it, other than that the magneto spins over freely!
