Gator Mulching blades do not require a mulching kit therefore they are more user friendly than mulching kits which can produce clumping if too much of the grass blade is cut off. These Gator blades will replace John Deere part numbers GX21784 and GX21785.  The blades are 17.675" long with a 7 point star shaped hole in the center.
