We warrant that, if the part is defective or fails during the ninety (90) day period, a replacement part or full refund will be given upon receipt of the defective part and a copy of this invoice. This ninety (90) day limited warranty does not include normal wear items such as seals, bearings and bushings.   ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED. THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS DESCRIBED BY THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, ARE EXCLUDED.
