Shipping

This item ships freight. When an item ships via freight, a valid phone number is required so please message us your phone number so that we can contact you to schedule delivery. The item will be delivered curbside and an adult signature will be required. Please be sure to have help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location. Freight items must be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event damage is observed, please take photos, refuse the delivery, and send it back via the freight carrier. Returns will not be accepted on freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available, or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please do not worry, just message us before you assemble it, and we will help you. Returns must be in the original shipping box with materials and accessories.
