THE 420 MODEL PULLS AIR THROUGH THE SIDE SCREENS ON THE DASH TOWER.  THIS IS HOW THE MANUFACTURER INTENDED THE MOTOR TO STAY COOL WHILE OPERATING TO INSURE LONG LIFE. FOR BEST APPLICATION YOU WILL NEED TO PULL THE MOTOR.YOU WILL NEED A CAN OF 3M ADHESIVE SPRAY WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED AT MOST ANY HARDWARE/AUTO PARTS STORE.
