John Deere sells parts for this unit you can get all the manuals from the JD website.Here is what I know about this aerator, was used on a golf course. They purchased the unit new.  It was used on an occasionally basis. As u can see by the pics it was used very little. We checked out the aerator, see pics. The unit is in working condition. Its tight, the belts are all good and look new. Everything works the way it should. This unit is very clean.  Here is what I like about the design of this aerator. Its easy to repair and service. The belts are your safety clutch - if there is a problem, bad soil, will not spin = no damage. With the 3/4" open tines, tight spacing,  I would estimate after aerating 1000 sq. ft. - bring up about 1 yard of soil. This is a great ballfield aerator! Fabulous for lawn renovations - create a seed bed. Popular 38" width is perfect for any small  area, home lawns - Greens.
