This listing is for a vintage lightly played with toy plastic vehicle.  This is a JOHN DEERE Gator 4X4 ATV.   It was made by Ertl, but I do not find a date.     This is a battery operated toy, with lights, starter, and horn sound from buttons behind seats.   Noises and lights work properly, but toy will be shipped without batteries due to USPS regulations.   Toy is 4-1/2" in maximum length; and 2-1/2" in maximum height.   Toy is  in excellent used condition.   There are no off odors.     Please refer to "Condition" above and photographs for more information..     .
